"I have always been passionate about developing myself and others. I love learning and feel privileged to be a part of helping others to learn and develop. I first found out about NLP in January 2005 when I did the NLP diploma. This changed my life in so many ways; I discovered what was important to me and more importantly, focused on what I wanted out of life. I was able to appreciate other peoples point of view and build better personal and professional relationships. My professional life developed profoundly, which only increased my passion for finding out more about NLP.
As a Master practitioner I intend to bring NLP techniques into common practice in the NHS. After dealing with a range of clients I have realized that the realms of NLP are limitless, with different techniques and practices lending themselves to benefit professionals from other professional backgrounds. Each course has been specifically designed for their target audience and will enable professionals to reach their full potential, get what they want out of their career and enjoy their work."

Inspirational Solutions was established by Donna Blinston, a Master Practitioner of NLP and a professional staff nurse in a ICU-Intensive Care Unit. Inspirational Solutions started out as a one on one life coaching consultancy service and has developed into delivering bespoke training workshops for individuals from Health and Business backgrounds.
