Hello and Welcome, My name is Donna Blinston, I am a Certified Trainer Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) which can be described as the study of the mind and body link and the direct effect they have on each other. I am a Master Practitioner in NLP and Time Line comprehension. By profession I am a qualified nurse, specialized in the field of gastroenterology and intensive care, which I developed through gaining experience and qualifications up to ward sister. This is where my passion as a nurse and the drive to care for, support and help my patients led me to finding NLP.

I developed the business serving clients on a one to one basis doing life coaching. What I offer will inspire and motivate you; it will increase your self-awareness and empower you, so that you can be whatever you want to be.
